How long have you been providing HVAC services in Milwaukee, and what areas do you serve?
I have 25 years of experience in the trade, and I decided to start Nordic Air WI 2 years ago.
How did you get started in the HVAC industry, and what led you to build an HVAC business here in Milwaukee?
I got started when I was in my early twenties, I honestly just needed a job and it turned into a career. I started off the street from the ground floor up.
What values or approach guide how you run your Milwaukee HVAC company and take care of customers?
I treat every single customer as I would my own mother. Every install has to be done as well as I would do in my own home. Empathy and integrity guide me and that is my business model.

What HVAC services do Milwaukee homeowners call you for most often, especially during winter and summer?
Summer is typically AC Repair and replacement time as that is when people need to cool off, as we head into the winter, people tend to call for maintenance and replacements during the winter.

What makes HVAC systems in Milwaukee homes unique, and how do you tailor your work to Wisconsin’s climate?
We rely heavily on natural gas. Which can be dangerous. So I always put safety first. That why no matter what call, I will always do a combustion analysis on the furnace or boiler and a CO check in the home. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a reality here and so are gas leaks. I check for both. Clients safety is a number one concern of mine.
What are the most common heating or cooling problems you see in Milwaukee homes, and how do you fix them?
I would say lack of annual maintenance/ combustion analysis. Most of the things I find on a repair or emergency repair are things I would’ve found with a routine maintenance.
Why should a Milwaukee homeowner choose your HVAC company over others in the area?
I would simply say Integrity and empathy, that’s what separated me from the other companies.
It’s why I wanted to start my own company.
I got so tired of seeing clients being treated like numbers and or a thorn in the side of the companies I worked for. Most companies just see dollar signs when a customer calls, they say whatever they need to to get in their door and once in they will find a want make money from that call.
I am service focused not monetarily. The money will come in an honest way.
